Fuji Grill Sushi - Rosemount

The sushi here is absolutely delicious, and the hot dishes from the menu are fantastic as well. The house fried rice features generous portions of meat and shrimp. There are only two tables inside for dining, so it's mostly a takeout place.

The lunch special, which includes three rolls, was both budget-friendly and tasty. We tried the New York roll, the tempura shrimp roll, and the eel avocado roll. I was very pleased with the flavors and the service. We’ll definitely be returning, and hopefully, we can dine in someday. Thank you!

Fuji Sushi is excellent! It's conveniently located near my home, making it easy to grab sushi when my husband is out with friends (he's not a fan of sushi). I really appreciate the online ordering system, but I wish I would receive a notification when my order is ready—either through text, email, or an update on their website would be great. That way, I can pick up my food while it's still hot and fresh.

They have the best sashimi around and at a really good price! It's harder to find eel (especially good quality) and white tuna around here and they have both. Never gotten bones in my eel here and I have at many other places.
