The Witt Pit Bbq - Rosenberg

I absolutely adored this charming BBQ joint. The brisket was wonderfully tender and the sauce was just right. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were already sold out of the sausage. However, the fried red potatoes and cheese were simply delicious, albeit a bit greasier than I prefer. I will definitely be returning in the future, especially when I have a job taking me through Burg.

The BBQ was delicious and the sauce was really tasty. However, the point of the brisket was not cut properly, suggesting that they may not be very knowledgeable about BBQ techniques.

This restaurant is definitely my top choice when I'm in town. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is tasty, and the restaurant is clean. The dishes are served promptly and overall it's a 5-star experience.

The interior of this restaurant is nice and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and delightful. We tried the loaded baked potato with meat and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place anytime.

I sampled the brisket, mac and cheese, and beans at this restaurant. The mac and cheese and beans were excellent. The brisket was good, but could benefit from more seasoning rub and moisture. Overall, the food was good. Be sure to try the peach cobbler.
