Dairy Queen - Rosenberg

Awful experience. Small chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard tasted like it had coffee in it. Was a peanut butter looking color when it was handed to me. Never again. This location is awful. Definitely drive to Sugar Land 90 and Hwy 6 if you are headed to DQ.

Usually I get decent service but today was the exception. Went inside to order and stood behind 2 other guests waiting to order. After 3-4 minutes, employee steps out from back to give order to 1st guest and said something to 2nd guest but ignored me and went in back. Another employee walks out of back wit order for guest at a table. Walks by me, goes behind counter and walks past me not making eye contact and into the back. About 5 minutes later 1st employee walks out to give 2nd guest and guest at table their orders. 1st employee walks by me as I get out of his way then behind the counter and into the back. I looked at another customer who just shrugged. I said “screw this” and walked out. All I wanted was an ice cream cone.

THE BROWNIE AND OREO CUPFECTION WAS PERFECTION. PACKED WITH DELICOUS COOKIES AND BROWNIE. THE SPOON LONG ENOUGH TO REACH THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP. IT IS WORTH THE PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE ADDED.

Confused employees. Many people waiting for orders, while others like myself were ignored.

I told the cashier specifically no tomatoes or mustard because I’m allergic an he was on my receipt how ever when I got my bag the burger was thrown in there with everything in there .. this locations hires young kites playing around with people food curse an Spanish like I don’t understand.. I will never come to this location again it needs to be close down I’m contacting corporate to see that happen !!
