Very rude employees. One of the Hispanic girls tried to be very disrespectful in Spanish but I speak Spanish and had to put her in her place. She better think before she tries to be disrespectful to paying customers and gets embarrassed again. I will not be back to waste any of my money there.
Very good service from Kimberly and got my smoothie very fast definitely coming back to this place
I stop at several smoothie king locations during my way to work every morning . But the location in Rosenberg customer service was the worst!! Please smoothie king manager, CEO supervisors, train your employees to be nice and to have positive costumer service to all customers. customers are always right.. everything should be fresh when served.
Good luck getting someone who speaks English well enough to take your order correctly. Then they lied about the discounts, which I didn't realize until after I got home and looked at my receipt. Manager didn't care when I called. I used to go to this location weekly with my kids as a treat. They lost quite a bit of business just with Is. And after seeing the other reviews, looks like I'm not alone. They had to have changed management because it used to be a great location. So sad.
