Contribuisci feedbackDisappointing display of incompetence and lack of hospitality Last Saturday evening I visited this restaurant as part of a group of 20 people for which we had originally made a reservation for 25 people. Due to last minute cancellations, we were unfortunately unable to show up with the full number, which can happen with larger groups and is usually met with understanding. Not so in this restaurant: The manager approached our table and, in front of the entire group, pointed out to me in an unfriendly and arrogant tone that “each unoccupied chair costs 30 euros”. Instead of responding constructively or professionally, he engaged in an unnecessarily pointed and downright inappropriate lecture, as if I were personally responsible for the others' absence. Such behavior not only seemed strange, but also contradicted basic standards of respectful customer interaction. The situation escalated further when he simply refused to serve me due to my lack of apology which he vehemently demanded from me. While everyone else at the table was able to order without any problem, I was not asked for a drink or a meal. This decision seemed to have arisen solely from his anger and not from any rational, business consideration. A restaurant should be a place where all guests are equally welcome and treated professionally, regardless of external circumstances or misunderstandings. The fact that the managing director acted in such an unnecessarily didactic manner and refused to serve me leaves me with the impression that hospitality and customer orientation are unfortunately not part of the standard here. Not so at this restaurant: The manager approached our table and, in a rude and condescending tone, pointed out that “each empty chair costs 30 euros.” Instead of responding constructively or professionally, he launched into an unnecessarily sharp and frankly inappropriate lecture, as if I were personally responsible for the absence of the others. Such behavior not only seemed out of place but contradicts basic standards of respectful customer interaction. The situation escalated further when he refused to serve me due to my lack of an apology—which he insisted on vehemently. While everyone else at the table was able to order without issue, I was neither asked for a drink nor offered a meal. This decision seemed to stem solely from his personal annoyance rather than any rational business consideration. A restaurant should be a place where all guests are equally welcome and treated professionally, regardless of external circumstances or misunderstandings. That the manager acted in such an unnecessarily condescending manner and denied me service leaves me with the impression that hospitality and customer focus are unfortunately not priorities here. For those who value respectful and professional service, there are numerous alternatives that have a much better understanding and appreciation of the standards expected in the hospitality industry.

Unfortunately this restaurant is not at this address anymore, I've been just yesterday and there is an Italian one now
It's always wonderful atmosphere there! This place is my favorite. Ok! Sometimes it's crowded and noisy but it has its own charm like in Italy! Highly recommended if you prefer delicious and real Italian cuisine
Great pizza,prices in range,and a very friendly staff! Worth the visit! We came there at were still full with only tables free
