Outback Steakhouse - Roseville

Yeaaaaaaaa it was aiiight. Let me do it that way, it was okay. I was disappointed at the pages they presented. the vegetables were not cooked at all. they were pretty raw. it was free inside and I know because it rarely gets cold. but he cried. the steak I had was decent. it was cooked medium to medium size rare and mike steak was medium sized. they have done a good job. the service was missing. the young lady has forgotten to bring us a fee and we only saw her twice, and for the second time I had to remind her of my drink and call her to wear the bill. we will probably not visit too soon outback in the near future.

Worst experience. armed at 7 only men. we have waited 15 minutes, which has been transformed into 40 minutes. we noticed the time because we talk. ask the personal what the time is for a table was said that they have no one who wanted to serve us. a girl told us to just go. then she told us they were full. there was a party from 9 to the left, two pairs in the middle and 3 pairs to the right of the restaurant. the other waiting forces she'll see if we can sit. No one wanted to put us, but they had time to go outside and smoke. I wanted to go, but my friend wanted to stay for that. 3 adults and 3 children. until 20 o'clock. no bread until 8:30 o'clock. adult drinks never came. I asked when that comes to eat, being kept, it's on the way. I just wanted to go container. none of the children had dinner because they were too tired when they went home. when we asked for a manager and explained what happened, she said everyone had a bad day. 1 steak meal, 2 chicken dishes and children's chicken strips. they would recommend to send in secret diners to see how the service is running.

I wanna actually start this out with an apology, I called one of the managers a B over the phone... That was wrong of me regardless the situation. She wasn 't rude to me at all, except she just kept repeating THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND OVER disregarding everything I was saying. And here 's why I was so upset..... Food wasn 't cooked correct and I don 't live in the area. The manager told me I had to bring the steak back tomorrow but wtf I look like wasting the food that I was starving for and driving all the way back to return it for them to throw it out????? BUNCH OF WASTEFUL BULL. They literally told me don 't eat the steak but I just paid $45 to eat some mf steak. And they want me to eat just broccoli and rice for dinner tonight. F whoever made that DUMB A rule. They want me to bring it back and honestly, they gone end up getting the wrong one 1 day. Cause that type of rules makes someone wanna go as far as to EATING THE STEAK, and then BRING THE STEAK BACK DIGESTED AND FECALED. INNA MF BAGG LIKE YALL DO THE RICE AND VEGGIES. OH YEA AND YALL CAN GET SUED FOR ALLOWING THAT THIN PLASTIC BAG MELTING IN MY RICE! At the end of the day I called her a B , my birthday is tomorrow and im turning 23. This would make the first thing I ate all day and it 's 7pm. So already im hangry. I hope she understands that acting like the gatekeeper of steaks will make someone very annoyed. Sorry again. At this point I won 't be getting the replacement steak because I 'm eating it. (TOUGH ASF) I don 't have time or energy to excrement the steak into a bag and bring it back sooooo. Yup. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER BY PAYING AND TIPPING CUSTOMERS. Done made me mad otp and I 'm Not even tryna talk to people like that. QUIT BEING A MF ROBOT AND BE A MF UNDERSTANDING HUMAN BEING. Not eating will cause me to lose weight and I 'm not trying to do that. I 'm small enough as it is.

Too cold to enjoy lunch. Meal took to long. Eight people food enjoyed their food Surf and Turf

Ordered takeout the Cobb Salad, I asked for no tomatoes. Only thing different. It takes over 40 min to get the salad, I was quoted for 20 min. So I am waiting in my car during my lunch an additional 20 min for a salad. I get it back to the office, and there are tomatoes and NO dressing. So I call to let them know what was missed and the lady told me to drive on back up and they will give it to me. Wait? didn't I see a sign from Outback that they offer free delivery??? I have already used up an additional 20 min of my time due to them not getting the food ready in a timely fashion and now I should return and waste more of my time? Why can't they deliver the missing dressing? I was told it has to be an entire meal in order to deliver. What a waste, why should I waste my time and energy for their mistake! I am so over people thinking that as long as they put an effort in its all good, even if the order is wrong. No, wrong is wrong. You need to correct it not the customer.
