Burger King - Roseville

I visited this Burger King at 3:15 in the afternoon, and there were five cars in the parking lot, but the restaurant was closed. Inside, there were four homeless individuals. The manager of this location really needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, the employees were outside chatting on their phones and smoking cigarettes. Unbelievable! Have a great day.

Corporate really needs to intervene with this franchise. The entire city of Roseville is aware of how poor the service is here. We continue to visit because of its proximity, hoping each time that it will be different—maybe corporate will come in and raise the standards. The experience is frustrating, from the long wait just to be acknowledged at a completely empty drive-thru to their arbitrary decision to stop serving lunch items, even when the mobile app still lists them as available. I swear this is the last time I’ll be coming here. I plan to speak with the general manager because this situation cannot reflect the company’s standards. Now that we’re past the pandemic, it’s time to clean house and start anew—especially with that night crew.

The service was okay; I went through the drive-thru. However, I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered the classic chicken wrap, but what I got looked like just one chicken tender wrapped up. I was really not happy with that. On the bright side, at least the shake machine is functioning at this location.

I placed an online order at the wrong location I tried changing it I tried getting a refund and they won’t give me a refund but a $5 coupon what is that going to do? Worse franchise I will never come back to this location. Manager wouldn’t even help me with my issue. Do not come here they won’t give you your money back.

I asked for more salt and the drive thru lady said ain't that a condiment damnit Lmao made my day definitely coming
