Harrison made our night! I had wanted dell taco and my man said he wanted hamburgers instead. I'm so glade bc I need to laugh. Don't ever let him go he is amazing and knows how to make your customers feel loved and cared about. Best experience ever I wishI knew when he worked bc we would come back just to see him.

If you like a pop of peppers on your burger without scorching your taste buds?The Jalapeño Angus Burger is the one for you. Just enough jalapeños and condiments and the bun does not overpower the meat. The fries were cooked to perfection without alotof salt. Check out this Carl's Jr. You can thank me later.

I used to enjoy eating from Carl's Jr until they closed after 2-3am. Now I cannot buy from them anymore. I will change my rating if the restaurant goes back to being 24hrs

The young man taking our order was rude and confrontational when my husband changed the order to a different combo (a more expensive one). He had ordered two number ones and asked to change it to two number sevens. The young man interrupted him andtold him that he already had that rather sharply. When we went to the window to pick up the food, my husband asked to speak tothe manager and the young man said he was the manager. My husband expressed his displeasure at the way he had been spoken toand the young man said that my husband had been rude first and to not talk to him like that, that he worked two jobs, was verybusy, that he didn?t care if my husband was upset and did we want sauce or not?! My husband is a disabled, retired, career ArmyNCO and his voice is deep and loud. Perhaps the young man thought he was rude when he ordered. I really don?t know, but theunprofessional behavior and language was very disrespectful. I know we are getting older and young people are different today,but this was way over the top. We will not be returning.

Thank you for the hot breakfast sandwich. The crew members needs training on customer service, happy, napkin, excited, and more energy. Let get excited when doing business!!
