Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good except the cold partial order of fry's and my wife's third choice of the menu being available. Service was terrible the best service we got was the guy from the kitchen that brought out food then got us napkins. The store was dirty,there was only 3 other tables seated but had to wait a few minutes after being told if we didn't want to sit at the bar we hadto wait because there was no clean tables then was sat next to the kitchen so we got to here the staff cuss every ten secondsand argue about who gets to leave early and who had to bring food out. Then we waited 20 minutes to be able to cash out aftereating. I've always had great service when using door dash from this location but I'll never go in again.
Unfortunately, it appears that this restaurant has seen better days. The tables, chairs, and touch screens were dirty to the point where it was uncomfortable to even sit down. Drinks had to be made in the kitchen, and we were told after ordering that they were out of napkins, which made no sense. This lack of attention to cleanliness and basic amenities was enough to make us doubt the quality of the food and we decided to leave. Hopefully, this location can turn things around, as it used to be a good spot to dine at, but I cannot recommend eating here in its current state.
I ordered from UberEats but couldn't find a place to leave a review, so I had to come here to share my experience. I normally wouldn't go through the trouble, but I was really disappointed with my meal. The burger was dry and well done, even though I asked for it to be cooked pink, and the fries were cold and scarce. The rubbery, overcooked chicken was served without any dipping sauce, and to top it off, I didn't receive any avocado ranch for my Southwestern Egg Rolls. It seems like this place just doesn't care about their customers. I'm going to go cook something edible on my stove now because I shouldn't have to be let down on a Sunday dinner. Just a heads up – the photo shows the bottom bun of the burger.
There was 8 of us seated yesterday. Our server was very nice. BUT I ordered Beef nachos as an appetizer. 20 minutes goes by no nachos. 35 minutes no nachos. I asked our server where they're at she says I'll check. She didn't return so I asked the manager,now in the meantime the food is being brought to all of us. AND our food was cold and burnt and raw. They finally brought to methe beef nachos our appetizer, the cheese was burnt and the beef was very tough. Then on top of that the manager says Well webrought out two chips and dip at no cost to you. I told her NONE of US Should have to pay for ANY of this GARBAGE. NONE of usare ever going to return to this Chili's again!!!! And that store smells like mold and mildew.
I have continued to give this restaurant chances over and over again, which some may call insanity. However, I must admit that this time was a little better. Our server was clearly new, but she was very sweet and we were patient with her. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has significantly declined. If the food was better, I wouldn't be as upset with the poor service. I would not recommend THIS particular Chili's location unless you're just looking for drinks and dessert. They do offer a seasonal watermelon spritzer for $5 which is actually quite good. It includes vodka and tequila with a high sugar watermelon rim. One last thing, it seems they turned off the outside lights to indicate they were closing, which made it very dark and I almost tripped on my way out *face palm*. Overall, it was a slightly better experience than my previous visits.
