Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roseville

This place is always dirty. the rice is in the regular old and sticky, and the counters are always dirty. that was my third time that I had to get out this year through the chaos. I will never go back! the health department must really close this place or get new manager.

First, I have to applaud any Chipotle employee who deals with non-stop difficult customers. I witnessed a man being very particular about his order, saying he only wanted a little bit of rice but then complaining that it was too much. The employee handled it professionally, offering to add extra rice for an additional charge. As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed a woman taking her time to order and asking detailed questions, sounding like a personal trainer or nutritionist. Despite the picky customers, the food items in my bowl were fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

This place was not clean, the frescoes were all empty, limonade was empty, tables were dirty, floor not blurred, scarce cutlery, no serviettes. I had anxious to touch any surfaces and the flesh looked like it had too much oil and it was through the dishes we all got. the place seemed to run from a budding child, just to do the minimum for a paycheck, but the young lady who helped me was nice.

I literally saw one of the chefs spit in the food! there was an oral spat (pun intended) between two workers in the visible kitchen section and one of them spat on the eating where they cook. not to eat this place ever despite chipotle is one of my favorite places.

I came in to get an early dinner around 4:45. The place was completely dead (only a couple sitting there eating together), there were staff sitting in the hallway doing nothing. Every table inside and out was dirty. The garbages were full. The napkins dispensers were empty. Half the ingredients were out. The floor had trash strewn all around. And when I asked for some napkins they seemed put out by my request. I asked if they had just had a rush and they said no. They need some training and better management.
