Flour Dust Pizza Company - Roseville

I am a pizza snob from New York and I don 't think most California pizza should be legally allowed to be called pizza . I also usually avoid gluten. I could tell from the pictures this place was worth a try and I wasn 't disappointed it was worth the gluten! This is the best pizza I 've had west of the Mississippi. The crust was just about perfect and I can 't wait to bring my family here when they visit. The homemade sausage was amazing. We also got the Guido (LOVE the name) which was delicious and packed with flavor . The ceasar dressing and homemade croutons were excellent.As far as price I think it 's well worth it for the quality you get. It 's average cost compared to other places and much tastier. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing dough, I mean some of the best I've ever had at a local pizza place! Great atmosphere with super friendly staff! I guarantee literally everything on the menu is going to be 10/10. Will be coming back! Try ordering the garlic chip pizza (secret menu) but it's a MUST! Better than Pizza Factory is Loomis by FAR!!!!

By far the BEST Pizza in the greater Sacramento area. I do not like to drive long distance to eat out and this restaurant is 20 miles away from our home. Having said that (We drive electric vehicles and go to Flour Dust as often as we possibly can.We used to frequent Pizza Rock in Sacramento but once we tried Flour Dust we stopped going to Pizza Rock.Food is great, people are friendly and the outside patio is really nice.They catered our daughter's wedding and all of our guests were impressed.The only thing I wish they would do differently is to bring back the citrus salad and apple salad.Keep up the good job we love your establishment :

Big fan of Flour Dust excellent pizzas and salads. They served at our wedding reception and we’re lucky to have them closeby in Roseville. Love that they add different types of pizzas occasionally. Service is great. Thank you Mano, Bro, Maddie, Helena, and everyone else!

Hands down the best gluten free pizza this side of Italy! The chef is a master with flavors. Fig Pig is pizza perfection. Salads are also delectable. What are you waiting for? Get over there!
