For a good taco salad, I wouldn 't go anywhere else. Unfortunately the daily special menu is no more but the taco salad is consistently good with a generous amount of meat. Of the recent times I 've ordered my usual I could easily joke 'can I have more lettuce with my meat salad? ' This may have resulted in the time my girlfriend and I order 2 taco salads that arrived with zero meat, we both ordered ground beef. I simply informed staff there, showed the receipt and what we received next was ground beef overload salad. NO COMPLAINTS, what they gave us was generous and the quality of the food was good. I still need to try their fish tacos, but for now, can 't go wrong with a taco salad there.

On our way to Tahoe we stopped by Jimboy's to try out. My boyfriend and I love Mexican food and he's also half so we were expecting something good. To sum it up, it is a level up from Jack in the Box's crispy tacos. Very Americanized but totally something we expected. We were still disappointed. My boyfriend thought it was ok but he is a simple man. Would not return.

Used to think this was delicious until I ate it sober...ground beef was so salty! Queso was blah...carne asada pissed me off because it wasn't tasty...hot sauce was t hot...definitely for gringos because that's all the ppl that ate there

We had a company event and this Jimboys location catered for us. It was fabulous!! They had it all ready with all the fixings, rice, beans, chips and salsa and 50 fabulous tacos!! All perfect and ready right on time. This was way better than some of the other places we have had catered. Totally going back for our next event!! Thanks guys!
