Mcdonald's - Roseville

The service at the restaurant was terrible. The man on the speaker was extremely unhelpful and almost rude when I tried to make changes to my order. He even laughed when I asked for sauce. Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience.

We really enjoy the friendly staff at our local McDonald's. They always provide service with a smile. Thank you, Karen and team!

I visited McDonald's after a long day of school before my football game in Auburn. I decided to go to the Sierra College location since it was on my way, and I attempted to order food for my friend while also picking up my mobile order. I have done this at various McDonald's locations in the past without any issues. However, the employee at the speaker informed me that I could not do so, and when I asked for an explanation, he simply said, "You can't." When we reached the window, none of the other employees seemed willing to help us and almost ignored us. To the employee named TJ, EJ, or whoever you are, I'm not sure if you're new, but I suggest undergoing retraining.

Mac D's is Slow Rider's go to Burger joint. Slow Rider's first job was the quarter pounder chef at Mac D's in Hawthorne CA back in 1980. Slow Rider is an Old School, OG Mac D chef.

There is nothing new about McDonald's it is what you expect. Service was good.
