I had exact amount ready to make pickup faster and was told a completely different amount in the window. No excuse, no? I made a mistake, that's $x? It was just an attitude to give me x dollar and be on the way. Then I get noodles instead of rice. I'm going back and they're asking me to give me a corrected order. I ask for a refund and was rejected that also say all questions have to be called to companies?????!!! I'll never be back. So now I'm from $11 and some changes with a part-dinner I can hardly enjoy because the smelling noodles penetrate the box. Besides, the duck has mixed too many of the stinking noodles in it.
This location was one of my regular go-to-spots for lunch, even in spite of the construction currently in front. Food is consistently fresh and hot, little to no waiting time (maybe due to this construction), and friendly staff. Overall it would recommend.
I live behind this panda. I'll get it for myself occasionally, as this is the only place near the Chinese foods to eat sick. (Asian places are so hit and miss chickens always underused). I'll come here and get things for other people. So literally here every day. I know the workers recognize me and laugh this every day. But they were nice. No complaints about the food. Sometimes it gets absolutely fresh (only cooked), sometimes it is not so fresh. But still good. And my family never complains when I get it for her and we all eat almost the same. No complaints compared to other fast food places nearby where I had some bad experiences.
The menu at this restaurant is limited and did not have the original items I was looking for. The portions were not enough for the price, and the containers were very flat, unlike any I have seen before. The taste of the food at a lukewarm temperature was just okay. This was my first visit to Panda Express, and it will also be my last.
The employees at this restaurant do not wear hair nets. While eating a piece of chicken, I found a long piece of hair in my food. When I approached the staff to ask for a refund, I noticed that none of them were wearing hair nets, so I recorded a video as evidence. They were rude and unhelpful, refusing to give me a refund. Even the management was of no assistance. The food service was disgusting and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Panda Express location.
