Panda Express - Roseville

Literally the last 3 times I've been there, they have told me sit and wait for my family meal or had walk to drive througg window. 2 of those 3 times they sent me home with wrong items. How hard is it to put orange chicken in a box? Apparently, it's very different for the incompetent fuctards that work in the business of serving orange chicken. Fire these idiots and hire Crack heads and hookers off the street to serve the food people order.

Food was great and delicious.Service: Always slower than needed to be. Mixed up my order in 2 different occasions. Last one, was just too much work to go back and get fixed. Leadership needs to help out more and/or be more aware of what's happening.Also, they said 10mins wait. Waited almost 25mins last instance. Waited extra and still got order wrong ?

I ordered teriyaki chicken and asked for extra teriyaki to receive non. I didn't have any at home and didn't want to go back..

I like coming to this Panda because you have a drive thru and also you give healthy protions incomparison to the other stores.I got the cubs meal because it is just enough food for me. Last time I came I got a good portion of chicken and it was yummy. I just went today and there was 4 pieces of chicken, 4. What is your normal portion? There was about a tablespoon amount of chow mein and that was way less than before as well. Just because it is a kids meal shouldn't matter it is still over $7. Why is it different each time I come there.So disappointed!

Normally don't have any issues with this location. They're always super quick and the food quality is great. I did an online order and went and picked it up and was missing part of my order. I was in the process of moving so going back wasn't an option. I tried to call to see if I can get a refund or go by the following day to get the food I was missing but no one ever picked up. I got an email that asked about my experience and I let them know my order was not complete and I never heard back. What a waste of money, I definitely won't be back:
