Portillo's - Roseville

Very tasty, kinda expensive. Fries were perfectly salty but maybe a little old as they were a bit floppy. Strawberry lemon cake shake was tasty but would be better if the cake had not been blended into oblivion leaving nothing but the taste. I had them add cheese and peppers to my beef and sausage for an extra cost but they were super clumped together in the middle and placed... on top of the outside of the sandwich? This means that the cheese was not really melted. Additionally they used pre-shredded cheese so I could feel the (corn? starch in my mouth that they use to keep the cheese from clumping while in storage as well. This might have not been a problem had the cheese been inside the sandwich and melted, lol. It was pretty good anyway, though. Definitely get extra gravy. Friendly staff! Edit: I found the cake, it was all just sitting at the bottom.

The food was horrible! I ordered the Maxwell polish, fries and a 4 piece chicken tenders. The polish was not hot, the onions were burnt, the fries were old and dry, the chicken tenders were hard as a rock!!? eeewww! Money down the drain!!Food: 1/5

The fries are mediocre. The hot dog is okay. But the beef sandwich - now that is delicious. I could eat so much of them that I would make myself sick if I had the opportunity. Overall food rating: 4 out of 5.

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and unfortunately did not receive our complete order (a burger was missing), which required some time on the phone and through the app to resolve. However, the issue was eventually handled about 30 minutes later. The Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken was delicious, with a good amount of dressing and a side of House Bread. Overall, the food made up for the service, which can be challenging for restaurants.
