I ordered the baked pork chop with rice, which came with a choice of a small lemon tea or a small boba milk. I chose the boba milk. While the tea flavor wasn't very strong, I still enjoyed it, and it wasn’t overly sweet at 100% sweetness level. The baked pork chop with rice was solid, and they were generous with the cheese. Some parts of the pork were a bit dry, but it still had a good flavor, and the tomato sauce helped enhance the taste. I also tried the Hong Kong-style French toast, which has peanut butter inside. However, I wished there had been more peanut butter than the thin layer they spread. Nevertheless, it was still very tasty. Overall, I feel that Simple One excels more in desserts, snacks, and beverages than in their main dishes, but I still had a great experience. I definitely plan to try their fried rolls with condensed milk and mango sago next time!

The drinks are overpriced and mediocre, making it not suitable for gathering with friends. It's hard to talk loudly, yet you're expected to stay for a long time.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a strawberry drink, but it was a bit watered down and tasted a bit sour, which was disappointing. Honestly, if I were the owner, I wouldn't serve it to customers in that condition. Just my opinion, of course. I also tried the chicken sanctuary dish, and it didn't meet my expectations. Once again, it felt too watery—maybe I’m just used to the richer flavors of Indian or Japanese curry. The simpler version doesn’t really suit my taste. Overall, it’s not a bad place to visit, but they should be mindful of maintaining quality during busy times. I initially considered giving it 2 stars, but I want to be fair, as maybe people in this area enjoy sour drinks and lighter curries.

Her brown sugar is good. one of the best brown sugar I've ever had. we're already 3x here. I would recommend to try her brown sugar

Friendly staff. Yummy HongKong-style food and nice selections of dessert drinks. Love their Mango Coconut sago drink. The meals are nice portion, satisfying with a HK drink. I visit 1-2 times a week.
