Sadly, not a good experience at all. While the staff seemed friendly they messed up our order with another person's order. And even after trying to correct it for over 20 minutes I still ended up receiving a plain bagel with nothing on it even after ordering and paying for an everything bagel with cream cheese. I usually love my Starbucks experiences but this one was the worst I've been to. Also, there is nowhere comfortable to sit.

Awesome drinks and even better customer service! I believe the baristas who helped me were Kelsey and Kylie, they were awesome!
