Umai Savory Hot Dogs - Roseville

This is a great spot to immerse yourself in American culture! They offer a wide variety of hot dogs, each one unique. Their Ramune Cream Sodas are also incredibly tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. In the picture: Saigon Hustle Bratwurst, pickled daikon carrots, cilantro, sweet chili sauce, teriyaki hoisin sauce, sliced jalapeños, and roasted peanut bits.

However, I have to point out a couple of issues, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. We received our hot dogs about 7-8 minutes before our fries arrived, and we only got a single serving of fries even though we both ordered combo meals. When I inquired, they said they didn’t want the hot dogs to get cold while the fries cooked. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, but I personally enjoy eating my fries with my hot dog, so I think it would be better if the fries were started earlier so that both could be served hot together. I don’t mean to be overly critical, but it did affect our lunch experience, and I believe this is something that could be improved. Despite that, I would still recommend this place—it's new, and I'm sure it will only get better!

Definitely a good compromise between fast food and chain restaurant with family atmosphere and tasty combination of flavors. Your hot dog menu is well rounded: American classics with a spin, Japanese infused varieties and even hispanic inspired options. And they also have appetizers, burgers, frits, noodles, wings and desserts!

Great food with fun combinations for hotdogs/sausages. They have a good choice of different flavoured cream sodas. The wait time takes a little longer than average but all in all it's quality food at a decent price.
