I went through the drive-thru and ordered the number three, with bacon and potato wedges. Guy at the window suggested I take the 3dollar meal because it was the same but cheaper. Then i asked for an OJ and was told that i can get it on the side. When I getto the window, I'm given a coffee and my food. When i asked where my oj was, i was told they didn't have any. I left withoutasking for my money back only to find, my sandwich had sausage instead of bacon... i paid extra for a drink i didn't want, andgot the wrong food.
Terrible owner and management. Owners and, to a lesser extent, management have a simple job: ensure there is no understaffing. Today, both the drive-thru and dining room closed early due to understaffing. To owners: pay better and allow employees to grabmore hours. To management: create more consistent schedules for employees, take on the slack if they call out sick, and schedulemore employees to ensure you aren't too understaffed if someone calls out sick.
Terrible service! Rude and slow. Food wasn't as ordered. The guy that took our order acted like we were bothering him. We ordered two salads and a burger combo meal. Both of the salads were wrong and the extras we added to the salads weren't there.They also got the burger wrong and we waited 20 minutes and there was no one ahead of us. We were the only people in the diningroom and still waited 20 minutes. They were so unbelievably rude. Drive down the street and go to a different location. I preferthe Wendy's on 348 N Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661. Avoid the grief and drive 5 minutes to the other location.
Not a bad location. Could have been better. It took about 30 minutes to get to the order speaker to order. This could be due to minimal staffing but unsure. Food was good but you will be waiting a while
