Delicious well-made sushi and starters. talented servants and chefs.

No complaints about the food, but the wait, on ad libitum, is 10-25 minutes between order and that they reach the table. Right on the edge unfortunately.

The service is amazing and the staff are incredibly kind. The selection of food was easy the recommended pairings of drinks were excellent. The restaurant itself is incredibly comfortable with good seating and a comfy and casual vibe. The food was made very well and tastes amazing, you could tell they took their time to make sure things were made properly. I wish I could come more often in the future. A friend and I shared frokost 4 and 1 drink each. It cost about 350kr combined.

Our absolute favorite sushi place in Roskilde, we eat here often for lunch. Varied selection, fresh ingredients and personal service. We always feel very welcome. We are already looking forward to the next time. We recommend, among other things, salmon cappacio, tuna/salmon tartar and the fried dishes are also good.

Our favorite place We have been coming to Aji for 2 years. It's a really good sushi restaurant and Coco (the owner) is always sweet and welcoming. We usually eat ad libitum sushi which is ordered via an iPad which is assigned to the table. There is a large selection and the quality is high. We have tried many different sushi restaurants over the years and Aji has become our favourite. Attention is paid to the details, so that the sushi appears delicate and inviting. There is also a good and varied selection of warm starters. Our experience is that it is a good idea to book a table. It is a desirable place. Have fun and get well.
