Flaming Grill Buffet (roslindale Location)

First off, they make us pay before even sit and down to eat, the one in Revere is different you pay once you're done now my take on this is because the one in rosalindale the majority of the customers are black people and in Revere they have white customers so they don't do that with them, The one here in roslindale the servers after you're done eating and have already paid for your food they start demanding tips from you,. When you're about to leave, they make sure to rush to the table and point to a sign on the table that axes you to tip your server and they say tip tip tip, one lady said to me no tip, no comeback. I believe that's a customer's personal decision whether or not they want to leave a tip they don't have to especially after already paying to get in before eating they are very very rude and the food is low quality. On top of the fact they don't know what you have going on financially, maybe you have it to tip maybe you don't but that's a personal decision.There is another buffet in Chicopee called the Royal buffet, the food is authentic Chinese food and they are excellent... Even they don't have you pay before coming in and they don't have signs on the table asking you to tip your server .if these servers in roslindale are that hung up on money then maybe these women need to go look for another job.. The best thing they have going on here is the hibachi grill, and the crawfish. Other than that be careful and make sure the food's not old, the desserts are stale.. if the majority of customers will white people they would do much better they don't because it's black and Hispanic people that come to this restaurant. Asian people are just as prejudice as the white people towards other nations of people

Generally one of the best in this realm. Obviously you don't expect much in terms of quality but I can say that honestly everything without exception was very good. Surprisingly!!!!That clearly speaks volumes to how this place is run and how it's cleaned. Many offerings with cleanliness and constant replenishment. None of the dishes look like they've been sitting there all night.

The food was very fresh this time. I got there at 3:30pm which is what I would suggest because that's when the dinner menu starts. The food was piping hot, tender and satisfying. The server came often to clear our dirty dishes which is what I like. My displeasure is, the sushi is never fresh and not everyone uses the gloves that they have sitting next to the foods and I'm a stickler for them. If certain restaurants don't offer gloves, I bring my own. I feel it should be mandatory.

This place is perfect if you like to just stuff your face and do not care about food quality. Staff was courteous and friendly, but the food quality gave it a soup kitchen feel. Compared to the rest of the customers there, felt cheap just being there. Definitely will not be going back again. Only other positive thing other than the staff is the cheesecake was pretty good. Go figure, Chinese buffet good cheesecake.
