Usually I love Tim Hortons but I’m very disappointed in this location the employees were very rude and the restaurant is super dirty. My coffee tasted disgusting and there was no baby changing table at this location, a lot of yellow jackets in the store as well do yourself a favor and skip this location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Extremely dirty inside no soap for customers or even employees to wash hands. Rags used to wipe the counters off with are the same to wipe off food prep knives and spoons. Food is terrible, either not fully cooked or been sitting in the pan all day lettuce shouldn't be a soggy. Employees are rude and don't know how to make the drinks. Iced Capps are extremely easy to prepare yet they either never add the mixture right or there leave the cleaning solution in when they pour the mix in. Absolutely disgusting and mangaer does not care. I previously worked at a Tim Hortons for a year when in college and they seriously need more training and far better hygiene when preparing and serving food drinks. Minimum wage pay until the employees provide more than minimum effort! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Very poorly operated. They forgot my order and the male manager berated me because I could answer his simple question what was in my sandwich. He also said that his drive thru cars were more important because they were timed. Very poor example how to talk in front of his employees. Also there was a flying bug in the donut case. One plus..he did refund my money. My first (and last) time in a Hortons. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
All doors are locked. Only able to use drive-thru, however we are Towing a trailer. They lost our business
