Contribuisci feedbackI called the KFC to let them know they screwed up our order. The manager was rude and said that her workers were right and we just wanted to get a free meal. I didn't even have time to explain that I didn't want a free meal, just let them know they left our Koleslaw and gave us original instead of extra crispy. This KFC was the worst experience I ever had with a fast food restaurant. Very bad attitude and in terrible customer service! The district manager should look at these workers more closely! And she hanged on me and I didn't raise my voice. It happened today at 8:15.
Horrible service and BURNT food! Very bad attitude, we? take care of fighting in the store more than taking care of the guest! Have all the way home, open box and chicken was over boiled or they need to change fat really badly! Terrible that it has been two days in a row will certainly not go back and they were NOT short employees! Counting at least 6 employees behind the counter do nothing!
This place seems to close soon. On a Saturday afternoon stopped and the doors were closed, no one answered on the drive thru and no one dived on the drive thru window. Even tried to make calls and the phone just ringed. Recommend to save your time and find another location
Taco Bell is closed, KFC only now. But they don't have chicken, they only had 6 pieces, couldn't make a bucket. I didn't want to wait 25 minutes till they do more.
With mostly ALLLLL these very bad ratings from this location,why is it still open and why hasn't anything done about the rude and nasty employee who work here!!! I also has gotten many orders incorrectly. I've wasted MY hard earned money not being served what I've ordered!!! Also, what's up the tiny pieces of chicken they been serving!!!? Corporate office need to address this problem!!! THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER'S!!!!
