Contribuisci feedbackI wasn't satisfied with my order. I requested a double bacon cheeseburger without tomatoes, but instead received a chicken sandwich with tomatoes. I've had consistently disappointing experiences at Sonic locations in Roswell; the food quality is poor, and my orders are rarely correct.
The food was decent, but the ordering process took an incredibly long time. I initially tried to place my order from the car, but after three failed attempts at the terminals, I ended up going through the drive-thru. Instead of a quick stop, it took 40 minutes, and I was only the fifth car in line. It's clear that America needs to make improvements in the service industry, or we should welcome immigrants who are eager to work so we can enhance our efficiency.
Food was good, carhop was very nice and helpful on getting our order almost right. The one inside needs to listen better. Also need more ice in the drinks.
Highly disappointed with my meal as it did not contain all ingredients advertised (including jalapenos, even though I ordered mine spicy). Slow , but friendly service.
It would have been a fantastic experience, but unfortunately, it seems that Sonic hasn't had onion rings available recently.
