Thank you very much for your reply, after almost 10 months. One star, of course. I read your feedback on bad reviews. You have to be able to deal with criticism in a service industry, quite simply. Ultimately, it is always the “customer” who is to blame. Fr. 5.20 for a coffee is excessive, there are places that prepare barista coffee, have top coffee quality, and where the price is more than justified. As a customer, I pay for service, friendliness and ultimately all costs. No more and no less. Also with you. Luckily, as a customer, I have a choice. In any case, good luck to you.

Very long waiting times.... arm yourself with patience.

I've been there several times, always well received and served. Unfortunately, yesterday after 2 years I ate a burger again with French fries and realized that it was no longer of the same quality and that the meat was not juicy. I think grilled too long and the fries shrunk. Otherwise everything is fine and always happy.
