Yummy Fudge - Rother

My niece enjoyed the charming caramel fudge! She had gone before the end of the train ride! Plenty of variety and a little gift to end a day at the castle.

Just finished the last of my DELICIOUS FUDGE. I bought it last weekend. I wasn't expecting to find a Bodiam fudge vendor on my way home, but I'm glad I did! Only 5 miles from home and the most divine fudge ever. The café had butter, cream, and Irish sea salt caramel flavors. I will be back this weekend (and probably every other weekend this year).

I have tried many types of fudge, but my preference is the traditional hard type that I often can't find. If, like me, you enjoy the same, try the butter fudge, wow!!! Others in our group had the lovely raspberry coffee which was very enjoyable. I can't wait to try it again on my next visit to Bodiam. Delicious fudge of good quality that melts in your mouth.
