Contribuisci feedbackDead feel to it. Seemed short staffed. Waited 30 minutes in line with one person in front of me. They were out of things. Staff members were rude to each other and not very nice to customers. Food was normal subway food so good, but I don't think the price and experience is worth it. I will only come here again once I forget what it was like the last two times.
Bradley the manager that was in at around 4pm today was very rude and took 30 minutes to make an order of 3 sandwiches simply because “she worked at the gas station next door”… so after we waited he finally asked us what we wanted, only my mom and I (my friend was with as well) we ordered our subs and that took him another 15 minutes and did seem stressed due to online orders. But then after my mom paid for our sandwiches, ignored my friend in line? So I said “she is also getting a sandwich” to which he replied “well that would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago” as he was trying to take down online orders from delivery drivers that came in way after we did. He was very rude and unprofessional. Also seemed annoyed that my mom asked for some of her sauces in the side. Kinda weird… but yeah, not time friendly, and they also did not clean the knife between any of our sandwiches or the prior order to ours. So if that’s a health code violation or something it’s being done there.
Don’t eat here if you have allergies or food intolerances. Between 11 sandwiches, they never replaced or cleaned the knife. Only wiped it down with a subway sandwich paper they made another sandwich on.
The coperation has these weird numbers and names assigned to the sandwiches. It makes ordering difficult. The quality seems to be less and less every time I go there.
Went last night 12/7 around dinner and they were slammed. The manager and the young lady working handled it great, they were laughing and joking with guests and seemed like they actually enjoyed how crazy it was. Excellent experience.
