House Of Spice - Rotorua

I absolutely love this restaurant! We’ve been regular customers for many years and have never had a negative experience, which is why we keep returning. The service is exceptional, always friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently beautifully prepared, well-cooked, and full of wonderful flavors. When we order butter chicken, we request it be made with coconut cream instead of regular cream due to dietary restrictions, and they are always happy to accommodate us. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I highly recommend this restaurant—it's the best in Rotorua!

The atmosphere was great, and the lamb curry was wonderfully spiced. I booked a discounted voucher through GrabOne. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is outstanding! I've tried many places, but their Biryani is by far the best I've ever had. The entire menu is impressive, top to bottom. The service is excellent as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you to the team!

We started off with a mixed platter at $17 and it was excellent value for money and the chicken Tikka and seesh Tikka tasted great too! Prawn kadhai curry had the right balance of spice with 5-6 small prawns, fish masala was OK but did not have much fish in it. Butter chicken was overly sweet so we didn't like it. We were offered a set price that came with Naan and basmati rice, good value for money.
