We won't go there anymore. The food was inviolable. Okay, let's go on bad days. But the service was unmatched miserable! I can't.
I went to the bar with negative expectations by previous reviews, but was then very positively surprised: Yes, it is self-service that can also be practical because you do not have to wave after a waiter desperately, but you need to get his drink, pay the same and then go as you want. The cocktails were very delicious and excellent in value for money. Since I was a reserved celebration where there was a buffet, I can only say something for dinner: the starter selection was great: fresh and creatively dressed and very tasty, the pizzas were ok. I've eaten better, but I'm not a pizza fan, so my opinion is not overestimated. Coffee and cakes as late dessert were very successful and delicious. The ambience is great. Sand, deck chairs, but also seating sofas for those who do not like deck chairs. I felt like a holiday. All in all, I can recommend the Beach Bar. Anyway, I'd like to go back there. You're welcome.
The associated beach bar is an absolute nothing! Rarely had such a bad evening as there. The cocktails were badly mixed and the staff insulted guests! definitely coming back NIE! Absolute horror.
2 weeks before our business trip we have reserved ourselves in the Ambience Zum Preussich for about 80 people at 7 p.m. Says: Closed society. On the day of the trip we arrived there at 19:30. Until all employees had their drinks, it was about an hour. Then the 2 rooms (too few for 80 people) came to pick up the dishes. From a selection of 7 dishes you can choose. The pre-ordered salads went to the tables at 8:30 p.m. From then on, everyone thought that it would continue and the food would soon come to the table, as usual in other Rottenburg restaurants. Pustekuchen. Another hour until the salmon dish (Round 1) was served. Until the people of Round 1 finished eating, nothing came. For each of the 7 dishes there was a break of 20 minutes, so those who were tired, the others could not even smell their food. The operators only shake their head over their own kitchen. Many employees left the restaurant before their food came. Some minutes are over. Follow: The last dish (at Pommes) came 2 hours after the salmon. Between the arrival and the serving of the last plate were therefore 3 hours. UNGLAUBLICH. After many conversations with the head of the kitchen or restaurant you did not come to a common denominator. The guilt is not on the shoulders, we are guilty of coming half an hour later. They seem to have prepared enough, only it's a little with cooking. Nobody wanted to order Dessert. He would probably have been served at midnight. I don't want to lose words about the quality of food, it was just about keeping hunger. There was an apology from the boss. However, he did not accuse himself of accusations, he made institutions about representation through possible discount. Conclusion: Desperate operations and overwhelming chefs, unstructured actions and more than miserable management have been found. Honestly and honestly: a fundamental deity that seeks the same. Rottenburg offers super restaurants. The ambience is certainly a completely different category.
Very well managed house. International cuisine with Balkan orientation. Very good service and great location, right at the Neckar. Whether as a bicycle excursion destination or as a break at the roundabout through Rottenburg by the swimming pool...here there is usually a nice free place and a surprisingly good map.
