Exceptional bad experience. We have extensive experience with Michelin Star restaurants. This was incomparable for any other star restaurant. Very bad. The food was good, but the times were very good. Extremely long duration and it seemed like we were part of a conveyor belt. All customers waited without food, drinks or service. We had to wait 3.5 hours for our main course and sat without food or drinks for over 1 hour at a time. Comments and questions were answered aggressively by the cook and his staff seemed intimidated like me. He declared openly that we were bistro material and unworthy of his restaurant. That was unfair and very humiliating. I'm sorry for other customers and his staff.
