Filo Filo - Rotterdam

Very delicious Greek bakery. their custard bougatsa is delicious and they serve a beautiful selection of tees to go with it. they are also very competitive, as a large piece of fresh baked 3€ is. it looked so delicious that I forgot to make a picture of it.

Cute cafe with Greek character, incredible bougatsa and cosy atmosphere. The waitress is very friendly and has funny hair.

When we asked our Greek friends which restaurant they would recommend as the most authentic experience here in Rotterdam, they mentioned Filo Filo! So last evening we walked into Filo Filo and sampled all the vegetarian things (or whatever was left at least) on the menu! I absolutely loved their custard-filled-cinnamon-dusted pastry. They have a cozy little space with a backyard. The pita was remarkably fresh and the aubergine/yoghurt dip was very flavourful. Also enjoyed the zucchini pita wrap and a savory pastry filled with spinach and feta. Also did I mention that the place is light on the pocket? All of the above a meal for two- cost us 18 euros.
