Very Dutchified (probably Chinese-owned) and confused ramen. For example, karaage in ramen is something you wouldn’t find in Japan. It’s popular only because ramen has been a social media trend for a while now and locals/ younger people don’t know any better or care about quality/ authenticity. If you care about these things, or lived in Japan, don’t bother coming here- waste of money.
