Mittwoch - Rotterdam

On Wednesdays, it feels like being in Berlin, even though you are in the middle of Rotterdam. The atmosphere exudes Berlin! Every little detail in this place has been carefully designed, from the menu that lists all dishes and drinks in German. You can truly sense that this place has been created with love and a clear vision. Similar to many places in Berlin (known as the vegan capital), the Wednesday menu usually offers vegetarian food and drinks, many of which are vegan or can be prepared vegan. It's not your average burger or hummus with vegetables, but original and delicious food. We tried all the vegan options on the menu, both sweet and savory, and would have given it 5 stars, but Happy Cow only allows that for fully vegan places. When you are in Rotterdam, make sure to visit Wednesday, enjoy the vegan eats, and transport yourself to Berlin for a moment.
