I had to come to flvm around 2008, it was the first culinary class of my life, I put the little finger there and everything else has gone there.Thanks to scam for everything he brought me in pastry and Viennese. all this in the space of a few months and sometimes we weren't bcp during the course. I've never taken any more pastry courses elsewhere, it was the beginning of my passion for cooking and home-made. I've been going on since that date to take courses I've never stopped.Thanks to arnaud and marries for what they brought me.
The "la cantine" of the "Faites-le vous même" is centrally located in one of the most beautiful roads rouens, with a small stream right next to the table. the reception is very warm and communication is also possible in English or often German (it is not always self-evident in France;)). the food offer changes daily and you can put yourself together. also the vegetarian and vegan offer is very good (also this in the normandie not self-evident;).the atmosphere is open, french and aging. also as a solo traveler, you can come here, sit in the table with other guests and start a talk.These are mostly organic and the prices are especially good for it! (7€ the main dish, 5€ for students).The restaurant is at the same time a united and shared kitchen, so you can min once. 1€ member contribution pays - in view of the very moderate prices but no problem.
We had a delicious tangine, and a delicious dessert with cake and fresh fruits. Marie is a great cook. And above that, the whole staff approach everyone in a very nice and natural way. We noticed that friends dropped by and were hugged, which contributed to the warm and cheerfull atmosphere. When they found out it was my birthday that day, Marie grabbed a bunch of flowers from one of the tables and gave them to me as a gift! Thank you Marie, we loved eating at la cantine!
