I booked a table at 8:30. For important and sudden health reasons of the person who accompanies me, I called 1 hour after the reservation to apologize because we couldn't introduce ourselves. The person I had on the phone did not at all understand the situation and criticized me for not immediately calling to cancel. By trying to make a correction by presenting my apologies, I had a reception more than cold and lacking of humanity. Too bad the address is beautiful...
