A perfect welcome as always. Professional and friendly team. The only bar-tabac in Rouen where I stop to enjoy the beautiful weather and view on the market square and the church Jean D'arc: Don't hesitate to make a stop, you'll never be disappointed.

It's a good place to smile. Its heated terrace is a real plus. Its small lounge in the background in a warm atmosphere. Be careful to stop for a little coffee.
