We stopped here to eat something in the walk around. the employees knew enough English to help and try to correct them from the name of the pain aux raisin. the baked were definitely wonderful. I'd be back at any time. a pain aux raisin.
This bakery is opposite the joan d’arc church and is worth a visit to satisfy the baptism for a really wonderful brot or a delicious sweet. we loved the st. germain that we bought two in three days and all last. have consumed cross! we also noticed the natives who are for the sandwiches that is understandable, as their brot is exceptionally good.
Definatly one of the, if not, the best, of all the bakeries we've been to in France. Amazingly well made eclairs. With a bit of crunch on top (by the crust and the chocolate mark) and not to sweet, but still deep flavors. Furthermore their brioche was out of this world. Bread we couldnt fail it too.You will be definately satisfied with what you buy here. Slight point of critic: the shape of the croissants could have been a bit tidier. But then again, the taste is great. Well worth the wait.
Stopped here as we walked by the window, and tried very hard (well not hard enough) not to go in.But we did and bought 2 huge strawberry flans to take back to the hotel and eat in the bedroom. How bad was that ?How good were they...........................sublime !
