Chili's Grill - Round Lake Beach

Consistent, friendly service. Many of the employees seem new, but everyone was hustling tonight. Food was on- point! They make the best Long Island Iced Teas, and the Margarita of the Month is a watermelon version made with both Tito's and tequila, and I thought it was amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The server was very pleasant, and the place was impeccably clean. My son and I loved the endless soup, salad, and chips. I sampled the potato soup and chicken enchilada soup, and paired it with the house salad topped with avocado ranch and chipotle dressing. My son enjoyed the Caesar salad, tortilla soup, and enchilada soup. I also tried the margarita of the month, the Bacardi Beach Party, and it was delicious! The chips were light and crispy, and when my son asked if he could take some home, the server kindly packed him a nice bag along with some extra salsa. We will definitely be returning!

First off, you can 't make a reservation. I just wanted a table ready for a surprise birthday dinner with his children and their spouses. The floor was FILTHY! The service was ... Okay. The food ... Was nothing to rave about. The Mexican street corn was MUSHY and cold. Not appealing at all. The burgers were a hit. Steak was okay. Fajitas were good. The iced tea was warm, even though it came with ice. The pick 3 combo plate states on the menu that it comes with fries, street corn and garlic bread. I had to ask for the garlic bread because the plate was served without it. Server stated that they no longer do that. Then have it removed from the menu! Don 't wait to see if your patrons notice. Tell them when ordering! Don 't leave it a surprise. If I had to rate out of 5 stars .... 2. We won 't be going back there again.

Although the chicken and fries were tasty, some of the chicken was raw in the middle. Update: 7/3/19 - I ordered the crispy chicken tenders this time and was very disappointed. The fries were subpar as well. The cookie skillet also had an odd taste. While the 2 for $25 deal offers a lot of food, the overall quality just doesn't meet expectations.

The food we ordered arrived completely cold, and the molten dish was entirely melted. The presentation was quite poor. Overall, we were very disappointed!
