Kfc - Round Lake Beach

The food and prices are good, but the wait was horrible. My order took 40 minutes because they ran out of legs and thighs...

It took 30 minutes to get my food. I was charged more than I was supposed to and given a phone number to fix it. The sides were all the wrong sizes. I'll be buying my chicken at chicken shack after this. And order legs thighs wings breast.

Horrible chicken undercooked coleslaw disgusting and corn dry mush potatoes dry and no recommended that food round

The taste of chicken drastically changed over the years and KFC should stop making chicken tenders. It's not good. Soggy. Reminds me of orange chicken from China buffet.

Had to wait for chicken to be cooked. That's a good thing . And gave me a discount for having too wait.
