Starbucks - Round Rock

If I could give this place millions of stars, I would do it without hesitation! Every person here creates an incredible atmosphere for me every morning. Harper, in particular, provides the best customer service I've ever experienced! Fantastic job, Harper, and to the entire Starbucks team!

I don 't come to this location often, but when I do, my mobile order is always ready on time, my order is accurate, and the food and drinks are delicious. The only thing lacking is the 'welcome ' greeting I get from other Starbucks locations.

The baristas are incredibly friendly and patient. The drinks are prepared perfectly, and the store is clean and inviting.

The front of the store is clean, and the baristas are friendly, efficient, and very helpful! However, the bathroom could use a good scrubbing, as it had an unpleasant urinal smell. Sorry to say it, but I have to be honest! A pine-scented cleaner would really help improve the scent.

The staff were friendly, the service was good, and the ambiance was beautiful. However, we were disappointed with the Matcha Tea Latte—it lacked flavor and wasn't comparable to what we've had at other Starbucks locations. Overall, we would rate the food 3 out of 5.
