Contribuisci feedbackIt was my favorite place when I want coffee break, but last week I don't know what happened, but there's nothing available in this cafeteria. No croissants, no sandwiches. Nothing. Only empty shelves. All that Minze syrup contains is not available from drinks. New employees who are not willing to work with the customer. As they told me a holiday, there is no delivery. I'm very sorry until the holiday a whole week! You want to meet your visitors with empty shelves a week??? All in all, my favorite place turned into a disappointment.
It was good experience at this Starbucks coffee house.Positive:1. Drive thru2. Enough parking lots3. Big enough for Tea/Coffee parties4. Food/Beverage quality as per the Starbucks standards I.e. good5. Friendly staff6. Clean and hygiene maintained7. Different type of seating optionsNegative : Nothing experienced as such.Suggestion : For dine in, wait time need to reduce since drive thru keeps staff busy.
Waited 10 minutes at the window after paying for two drinks only to get them and the top inch of them are just foam.Shaken espressos I've ordered in the past didn't have that much foam. At over $6 a drink you would figure they could at least give you a full drink.Service: 2/5
I went in with my family (walk into store) 3 employees on premises, drive thru was empty so store wasn't that busy. We were the only customers waiting to be attended, we waited for several minutes and no one greeted us, no one took our order, we just walked out .
Very good service and the staff was not rushed and was nice and friendly
