Contribuisci feedbackPlaced online order to pick up curbside. Waited 30 mins before food brought out. I recently had surgery so I didn?t feel like getting out in rain. When food was brought I was handed my red Fanta that was overfilled and spilling all over. I ask to haveanother one brought. I realize our order is wrong and ask young man to get correct items. He never returned. I tried callingwith no answer. So, I go to drive thru because now it?s been over an hour!! Asked for new order to be made and it was but I wasgiven wrong items again. There has to be better training of these young kids! The young man giving me our order was rude. No onewants to wait over an hour for their food. I?ll never come back to this location.
Went in for multi employee lunch order. Tyira handled my order. She was very nice and the order was packed perfectly. Each in it's own bag without me even asking. The fries, food was hot and fresh and most of all got it quick. Thanks for the greatservice Tee!
I wish I could give them a better rating, but this location has been consistently bad for years. Ever since I was a little kid I remember waiting a half hour for our food even when they weren't busy. It's gotta be management bc they burn through employeeslike nothing. I'm not sure what slows them down so bad but let me tell ya I'm astonished every time by how long it takes. Theyeven closed the lobby for ordering the other day and STILL could not get peopls food out in a timely manner. But the staff hasalways been kind so I'm pinning this on the management for now.
I?ve been coming to this Whataburger for 5+ years and recently the service has been terrible. If you want ?fast? food look somewhere else or be prepared to spend 30+ mins consistently in the drive through. And don?t be surprised after you wait allthat time that they just close the drive through lane after you have already ordered and tell you to get back in line.Absolutely ridiculous all for a single burger and fry.
2022 Sep This place is pretty OK. The interior is pretty clean. Floors clean (mopped and mostly picked up (stray napkin blown off a table retrieved . The staff is normally friendly. There appear to be a few (mentally disabled/handicapped? peoplehired specifically to bring dine in orders to the table which I REALLY appreciate. Nice to see employers offer opportunity formeaningful work within their capabilities. Counter service is ALWAYS slow. Their is usually plenty of staff. Often chattingin a cluster near the drive through service area between rushes. But the one person apparently designated to take counterorders is often doing something else and no one covers that role. Ever. Atypical for fast food, the staff does not lookstressed or ground down. Lots of smiles. Pretty relaxed. Plenty of bodies to help with everything, so good onmanagement. The food here is consistent with rhe brand ?you like Whataburger food or you don?t. I?ve been here for all mealtimes. Even LATE at night my order was accurate and Whataburger-good. All in all, perfectly cromulent.
