I am a loyal customer of Dazzles and will not go anywhere else. It has the best coffee in Rouse Hill. The staff is friendly and always remembers our group's orders. The food is freshly prepared for our early morning visits.

I have been to this restaurant for lunch and dinner and the service and food were both excellent. However, I recently visited and noticed that the new owner is not delivering the same quality. The tables were not properly cleaned, the staff was not friendly, and only two servers were working. The eggs we ordered were overcooked and lacked taste, and when we asked for a replacement, it was not much better. The employees seemed to just be going through the motions without caring about the customers. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant in its current state.

The restaurant offers a fantastic brunch and excellent coffee, but we left smelling like frying oil. Additionally, the idea of a barber within the dining area is unsettling and lacks cleanliness.

My visit to the middle juni on a Friday in the early afternoon was a disappointing result for the hospitality and the people who should find it easy to surpass in a non-speaking time. I was wandering around this concrete shopping center of rouse hill and looking for what seemed like a good place for a pick me-up caffeine hat before I went to the local metro on board to meet my train for home. Been coming hear since it opened. Coffee is very good. Food is also good with healthy options. Can get busy at times. New owners is very friendly and has added a spark to this place that has faded in recent times. Still worth a visit.
