Burger King - Route Lanoka Harbor

Switched to kiosk only. Now takes forever to order and to get your food.

While stopping in the Lacy Burger King on Rt 9 today 11/30/23 I went inside to order and eat! I was told to use the automated system, i said I was paying cash, the woman seemed upset and put her things down and came to the inside counter, I ordered a #1 meal for dinning in, she said “with Cheese!” No… i said Wow attitude! She then decided not to take my cash and walked away from the counter! I’m not serving You! With That I asked to see the Manager! She threw up her hands and said “I’m the Manager “. I became irritated and used very choice words, took my 20 off the counter and left the store! NEVER TO RETURN! I then enjoyed my Lunch across the Street at Wendy’s! Over 50 years of enjoying the whopper… The End… No more for Me! James C. Anywhere but Lacy Burger King!

Just went in and the woman working there she had glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was saying people were harassing her and being rude to a man that asked for ketchup. While ordering my food she had an attitude because I asked for a meal. The Person who I assume may have been a manager or lead told her it's okay and gave her a hug. She said it wasn't because they were short staffed but because the man who asked for ketchup was rude. This is a service station. It's a place to stop off while on a long road trip. If you cannot deal with customers you should not work in a place like this. I really hope management does something but I doubt it. Definitely hope I never have to stop there again.

Great rest stop, burger King and Nathan's plus Dunkin and a grocery store....

They stopped serving breakfast and it’s barley 10am. Bigger standing at the register with his phone to his face not even hiding it.
