Dunkin' - Route Lanoka Harbor

The girl and guy working today had attitudes. The guy gave me a squished donut with barely any icing, so when I asked for a new one the girl begrudgingly got me one, again with an attitude. The iced coffee was so light it looked like iced tea and tasted like water wi the a tinge of coffee. Hoping management trains their staff in customer service as well as how to make coffee.

Usually depending on the shift is how good your service is. i went in today and i took a bite of my sandwhich and it had cigarette ash in it and tasted exactly like it. disappointed and disgusted.

I really don't like having to give bad ratings, but this takes the cake so it's imperative that things improve!! Its been many yrs of major stress n fights n more because my 2 daughters always want dunkin but here's some of the bigger issues if ur interested..It's very rare that they get the orders correct,they skimp on the drinks sometimes (most of the strawberry dragon fruit refreshers r stuffed w/all ice, n next to nothing of that delicious flavoring inur Strw drag fru w/green tea. N this one just seems to be all dunkins even when I was little, here it is PUT LOTS MORE FILLING in the Boston creams!!! Please
