Lacey staff is the best by far! Friendly professional and always willing to go the xtra mile as I’m a regular at this location since day it opened n find myself going there SOMETIMES UP TO 3 x A DAY! Employees always make me feel welcome n know my order moment I walk in! I’ll always go outta my way to hit this location whenever possible I love the employees that muchSincerely , Starbucks regular

First time here- really good energy among the staff!

This location gets very busy, but they always do their best to handle it with grace. The staff is what makes this Starbucks so great!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, it’s like common sense escapes these people. You’ll be in the drive through waiting at the window for your drink as you watch them make a ton of drinks for mobile orders of people that aren’t even there. How is the mobile order ticket that just came through machine a bigger priority than a customer already there.
