How to say?! Mc Do Vendeheim (Shopping Promenade) Saturday evening, order placed at 8:03 p.m.! Served at 8:40 p.m.! But what if that was all it was! Missing all the sauces, the napkins...you might say it's a detail...OK! You ask for a yogurt to drink in the Happy Meal but you receive a compote and they don't even tell you (there may be none left)... that's missing a drink ... that That's a lot of wasted another 5 minutes with that. The loser! And we call it FAST FOOD???! And there you look around you and all the trash cans are overflowing inside, outside, behind the counter... just anything... Luckily it's a McDonald's... Three attempts in two years to eat and three times we leave without eating. I stopped by the drive-thru today at 6 p.m. I was the first car in front of the loudspeaker. They took exactly over 10 minutes to take my order. Well after that I receive my order I go home in more than 30 minutes, I check my order, the toy is missing from the Happy Meal, as well as the dessert!!! at some point we always have to check everything if it’s not the sauces it’s the dessert. If it's not the dessert it's the toy knowing that the child comes to McDonald's only for the toy. Very clearly my worst experience in a McDonald's. 3:30 p.m. (almost empty room) Long wait for an order of 4 burgers well, not a big deal, it’s OK. Except that it’s simple, nothing was fair. Received 2 CBO avocado without avocado and 2,280 classic instead of the one in the county. We didn't say anything about the first 3... seeing that the 4th was also wrong, I still decided to send back the 280 to have the one for the county. They tell me that there is no problem that they will do it again for me and they leave me the one that I did not touch. Finally, we came back to get the one I had in front of me (so cheddar) and they gave it back to me with a slice of Comté added inside. Never seen that!
