Pizza Pizza - Rouyn-Noranda

Jalapeños poppers and wings were awesome. The pizza dough was amazing...topping. ehh not so great but hey..

Little mix up had me waiting for an Xtra 10 min, when my order was really ready. But service with a smile is always winner with me!

The restaurant unexpectedly closed at 5pm on Sunday without providing any notice. They did not inform customers through phone or online, leaving them feeling undervalued.

This was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Firstly, the restaurant did not respect their own free policy. Secondly, the delivery driver couldn't find a simple address using GPS. To top it off, the manager treated us like fools and blamed us for their own incompetence. This was a terrible representation of the pizza franchise.

I placed an order tonight with guaranteed delivery at 6:24, but it arrived at 6:31. The delivery person left my order on my patio, rang the bell, and quickly left. I called the restaurant immediately at 6:31, but they claimed they couldn't help because the delivery person was no longer there and questioned my honesty. To make matters worse, I was shocked to find a bent bill in my pizza box when I opened it. This was not very hygienic, to say the least.
