Baskin-robbins - Rowlett

I visited with the hope of discovering a unique flavor, something that Baskin Robbins is renowned for. Unfortunately, the experience was quite different. The staff seemed more focused on gossiping than offering a friendly greeting, and I noticed that half of the freezers were empty of ice cream. The other half had only a few inconspicuous choices available. I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but I left feeling quite disappointed.

The shop in Rowlett TX is the worst Baskin Robbins show I've ever had and Dunkin Donuts is not far behind it. Burn freezer on the ice. Staff are more interested in flirting then working. I'll drive to Rowlett right away.

When I finally received my order, I realized it was wrong. I should have checked it, but the boxes were sealed when they handed them to me. I reached out to the corporate office about the issue and was told I'd receive a response within 48 hours. A week later, I've still heard nothing. The corporate office is just as unhelpful as the staff at the store. It feels like I've wasted my money here.

I visited this Baskin Robbins at 3:00 PM on a Thursday and was shocked to find that they had no ice cream available at all. They explained that all their ice cream was still frozen, so they hadn’t set any out. A few weeks ago, we tried to enter around 5:00 PM, only to find a note on the door instructing us to use the drive-through. When we did that, we discovered they only had about eight flavors to choose from! Overall, this location seems to be poorly managed. I'm currently enjoying some ice cream at Braum's instead.
